Questions buyers ask us.
You don't have to have one, but the listing agent works for the seller. With us you get someone on your side reading every page: the disclosures, the inspection reports and the contract. We'll go over how we're paid, in writing, before we start.
Yes. As your agents we can show you any home for sale on the MLS, whoever listed it.
Yes. Slava can tour homes for you remotely, and we explain every document in English or Russian. Most of the paperwork is signed electronically, and we'll tell you which few documents need a notary.
It depends on the loan. Some loans start at 3 to 5 percent down, a conventional loan needs 20 percent to skip mortgage insurance, and jumbo loans for pricier homes usually ask for more. A lender will give you your exact number, and our calculator shows the monthly payment.
