Information you provide

When you send an inquiry, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, property address, home preferences and message. Joe and his team use this information to respond to your request and discuss the real estate services you are interested in.

How the website delivers your inquiry

The website uses hosting and form-delivery providers to process requests. Form information is sent through Make to the existing team workflow, and a copy is saved in the client records Joe shares with Slava Ploshkin of The Slava House, who works every deal with him. Hosting and media providers may receive routine technical information, such as IP address and browser details, when you access the site. When you type a property address into the home value tool, what you type goes to Mapbox, which suggests matching addresses. Homes shown under the payment calculator come from Explore, the home search Joe and Slava run on The Slava House.

How visits are counted

The site counts its own visits, the same way The Slava House does, and keeps the numbers with The Slava House's: which pages were opened, how the visit arrived (the site or search that sent it, or an ad or campaign tag in the link), the kind of device and browser, an approximate city worked out from the connection, time spent on the page, and clicks on the phone, text and email links. Your browser stores a random visitor number for this; it is not an advertising cookie, and none of it is sold.

Your choices

Please send only the information needed for your inquiry. Do not use these forms to send account passwords, identification documents or financial records. You can ask to stop follow-up communications or request access, correction or deletion of the information you provided by contacting Joe.
